She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.

Proverbs 31:25

United Women in Faith (UWF) is an auxiliary unit of the United Methodist Church.  UWF is a sisterhood acting in faith to tackle the hard work of the world without hesitation.  Driven by God’s love and united in sisterhood, they work to improve the lives of women, children, and youth. Every day they show up, take action, and get it done. You are invited to join them.

As a whole, our church's unit of the UWF has two big fundraisers each year:  the annual soup supper in January and the sale of cookie dough in the spring.

In our church, the UWF is comprised of two Circle groups  that meet once a month. They provide kitchen/food service for various  functions.
Sarah-Rebekah Circle:  Meets the first Wednesday of each month at 9:15 a.m.
Naomi Circle:  Meets the second Monday
of the month at 7 p.m.

Prayer Shawl Ministry:  If you knit or crochet, join the prayer shawl ministry. Individuals knit or crochet from their home. Prayer shawls are  presented to those in need of prayers.

Quilters:  If you love to quilt,
join the quilting group
on the last Wednesday
of each month from
9 a.m.—3 p.m. in the Stayton Room.
